The New Murder Mystery Musical Comedy
Family ties, lies, and the treachery of old New Orleans aristocracy boil over in Hot Jambalaya, the new murder mystery comedy musical that’s making toes tap, and laughter erupt, for sold-out audiences.
When Papa Joe “the Sewer King” Van Horn takes a fatal spill from a French Quarter balcony, his eccentric family, friends, and associates gather for his funeral aboard the aging steamboat Fleur de Lis only to make a series of startling discoveries: Papa Joe was murdered, every single passenger wanted him dead, and the killer intends to strike again!
Trapped aboard the Fleur de Lis, our hapless cast—including Van Horn’s pretentious widow, his flamboyant son, his embittered daughter, a violent chef, an amorous French Captain, an obsessed ex-cop, and a New York reporter with a fatal attraction to all things murder—must uncover whodunit, and whydunit, before the killer strikes again!
